Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No — we bring everything needed for your clean. For linen changes, please ensure clean linen is available and accessible.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel with more than 24 hours' notice and you'll get a full refund. Cancelling within 24 hours means a 20% deposit is retained, with the remaining 80% refunded.
How do I pay?
Send us your details and what you need. Once we've confirmed your price, we'll email you a secure payment link. No payment is taken until you've agreed the quote.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Wolverhampton and the surrounding West Midlands area including Birmingham. Contact us if you're unsure whether we cover your postcode.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
